Carlos is a father of 3. He has been coaching football for over 7 years; 5 of which he was the head coach. He finished with a record of 31-5. Beyond football Carlos excels in track training and enhancing the skills of local athletes for over ten years. Carlos' passion within EMYA lies in mentoring and training with our middle school bound athletes. He looks forward to partnering with parents and coaches to help each athlete reach their truest potential.
Tim is a proud husband, father, business owner, and mentor to the youth in his community. Tim has been coaching various youth sports for over 10 years. Tim takes pride in coaching and working closely with young athletes as they navigate their journeys to middle school sports and far beyond! Tim’s passionate vision is to ensure all of the kids can experience what he could only dream of when he was growing up as a young athlete in this same community. His goal in life is to make a positive impact on the youth of our community and their families. Overall, Tim’s mission is to show kids that even through diversity and other hardships you can still succeed through hard work and dedication!
Nicole is a proud mom, friend, and volunteer. She enjoys giving back to the children in her community just as others gave to hers when she was younger. Nicole has a private preschool that she has proudly directed for over 13 years. As an avid volunteer she has held many board positions within the Texas Licensed Child Care Association, Texas PTA and various schools within the Eagle Mountain Saginaw District. She currently serves as the GES PTA Vice President, Past State Board President, and the current President for the Greater Fort Worth Affiliate of TLCCA. Through these roles she is able to work closely with schools across the state of Texas in order to provide positive family experiences for the students. Nicole prides herself on being an advocate for all children. She has also served on the board of directors for youth sports for over ten years. Overall, Nicole is passionate about giving back to her community to help ensure all children have the opportunity for greatness!
Coach Robert Sheffield is a dedicated peewee football coach with 15 years coaching experience in the Fort Worth area. The last 6 of those years coaching alongside others for the 5-time championship Horned Frog Football team. Firmly rooted in community service, Coach Rob goes well beyond the turf. He is actively engaged in various outreach initiatives to make a positive impact outside of youth football in the community as an active member in his church, taking part in everything from back-to-school supply drives to filling the food pantry for the homeless with his family and friends at Union Gospel Mission. Beyond the scoreboard, Coach Rob instills values of discipline, sportsmanship, and resilience in his players, preparing them not just for victories on the field, but experiences beyond the game.
Alex is a devoted family man, blessed with a loving wife, Angel. He has three wonderful children—sons A.J. and Angelo, and daughter Sky. His passion for sports centers around football, where he has not only excelled as a successful player but also honed his skills as an experienced coach. Beyond the field, he is a follower of God, taking on leadership roles both at home and in his professional career. As a leader, Alex strives to inspire and guide others toward success, mirroring the values instilled in him through faith, family, and the game of football.
Jason and his wife are proud parents to two sons who continue to keep them busy. Jason has been coaching his boys and their friends, across multiple sports for many years. Jason grew up playing football and basketball. Jason strives to help kids learn the sports that he loves. He has a passion for teaching kids dedication to their sport, while keeping it fun. Jason believes that values taught during sports will help set children up for success in many aspects of their lives and is grateful to be a part of the journey!

Ashley has dedicated and accomplished many roles in the ever growing world of cheerleading. She brings over 20 years of experience across various roles. She strives to always expand her education to bring the best value. Her leadership skills, professionalism and passion for cheerleading will drive excellence and growth within our organization. She hopes to build athletes that are ready for the next steps in their cheerleading career.
Adrianna is a proud mom to three beautiful babies. She was a world gymnast She brings 18 years of cheer experience, 6 years as a competitive cheerleader and 2 years cheering for the state of Texas.
Adrianna works with elementary students and will soon be a k-2 full time teacher. she Absolutely adores working with children and has a huge passion for being a role model for our youth. She prides herself in creating a support system for them to turn too. Her goal is to bring awareness to cheerleading and help guide them to a bright future with skill growth and acknowledgment. Confidence is key.
Julie is married and a mother of 4 boys, ranging in age from 25 to 9 years old. With her husband coaching multiple sports over the past 20 years such as football, baseball, and basketball, she has served as team mom, planning or assisting in many team-oriented events. She recently served on the PTO board at the International Leadership of Texas (ILT) - Saginaw school as fundraiser and programs chair. In these roles, she planned and coordinated various community events, all focused on providing positive experiences for the kids. In her professional career as a realtor, she has hosted a community event around Easter called “Pics with Chicks”, working with sponsors to provide small business owners and local vendors an outlet to advertise their products, while providing an enjoyable time for the family. Julie is excited at the opportunity to work on projects that will help EMYA grow and spread throughout the community.
Shea is a proud mother and wife. Shea and her husband have three kiddos in the league; participating in cheer and football. Shae has always wanted to be a part of helping kids grow and know the value of being a part of the community. Shea finds value in encouraging happiness, positivity, and keeping a smile on your face. She has been a member of PTA for 7 years and has more recently joined the board at her kiddo's school. Shea is passionate about volunteering for school events and is just as excited to be creating those same events with her team here at EMYA. You will often find Shea with a positive attitude and a big smile on her face! Our kids in this wonderful community are her #1 priority. She wants to be able to assist in making this an unforgettable experience for our youth and teach them that the things they do on a day to day basis can impact someone’s life forever! The kiddos are our future and Shea is committed to making this season a BLAST for everyone.
Randy is married to his beautiful wife, and they have two amazing children. This will be his fifth-year coaching football. Randy's passion lies in teaching young athletes the fundamentals of the game we all love, football! Randy continues to return to youth sports so that he can be a witness to the athletes putting the skills they have learned to use on the field.
Connor shares 3 wonderful children with his wife. He grew up here in Saginaw and is a former Boswell High School graduate. Connor has been helping coach his sons in several leagues/sports for the past 8 years. He has a passion to coach and lead kids to love the sports that he fell in love with when he was their age. Connor's goal is to teach the importance of being a better person both on and off the field.
Jeff McCurdy has been coaching football, softball, and basketball in the local community for the last several years. He started his coaching journey in California, where he coached his sons aged 5-6 in tackle football. Their team was undefeated and Jeff led them to win the championship. Jeff grew up in a small community where him and his family were always involved in local youth sports. Today he continues that tradition with his own children. The entire heart of the McCurdy family revolves around football & youth sports. Jeff highly values what youth sports bring to communities and the overall the growth of the children & athletes. He is passionate about making a long term difference in the lives of young athletes and hopes to help influence them with positive attributes that will last a lifetime.
Coach Andrew has been coaching football for 6 seasons. Andrew is a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach. Football has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. Andrew believes that It is a privilege to be able to coach up a younger generation to play the game that he loves. In his younger years, he didn’t have a positive male influence, so it was up to dedicated coaches like himself to guide him and others to be successful. Andrew aspires to be like the coaches that he had along the way by focusing on discipline and structure in order to be the best you can be, both on and off the field.
Mason is a dedicated husband and father of 3. His two sons play football and his daughter participates in cheer. Mason has 15 years of tackle football experience and is currently an assistant coach for flag football. Mason's dedication to the association is to help uplift young athletes in a positive way to show them their fullest potential and help them to become better individuals all around. He is excited to be a part of EMYA and the opportunity to provide our community with a safe and fun place for young athletes to grow.
Coach Tee is a proud mother of 2 and proud Retired Navy veteran. Coach Tee has been coaching both basketball (7 years) and football (4 years). Tee takes pride in coaching and working closely with young athletes as they navigate their journeys to middle school sports and far beyond! Tee is very passionate about expressing the importance of being a STUDENT-Athlete. Being a true representative of family- team-self on and off the field. She strives as a coach to train and develop athletes to have great character and sportsmanship.
Coach Prater has played 2 yrs of college football at Texas Wesleyan University, 3 yrs of being a personal trainer, 1 yr of coaching 5u Flag team, and 5 plus years serving our country in the United States Army. We are honored to have him with EMYA and look forward to watching his team grow throughout the seasons to come.

My name is Coach Andrew. This is my 6th season coaching football. I am a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach. Football has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s a privilege to be able to coach up a younger generation to play the game I love. Coach Al Jones is starting his 30th season of coaching youth football. He started his coaching career while serving in the US Air Force. He coached both of his sons through all age groups of youth football. Coach Jones has been a head coach, offensive coordinator and offensive backfield coach, assistant head coach and special teams' coach. He will again be joined by his oldest son to coach 12 U. In addition, Coach Jones spent 12 years as a swim official and has also coached several other sports.
